HISTORIA
The Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy in Zenica was founded in August 1993 by Decision of the Parliament of the Islamic Community of Bosnia and Herzegovina no. 6/93, dated August 28, 1993. years.
With this, the Islamic community in Bosnia and Herzegovina received a new type of educational institution, which with its fundamental educational purpose and religious-pedagogical inclination, to a considerable extent, builds on the traditionDaru‑l‑muallimina. By establishing such an institution, an attempt was made to react to the changed cultural and religious circumstances that occurred after the democratic changes in Bosnian society and to obtain the necessary prerequisites for a more competent response to new educational challenges.
The Assembly of the Islamic Community was held on October 12, 1993. year adopted the Decision on the appointment of the president and members of the Board of Directors of the Academy. The first president wasM.Sc. Muhammad Arnaut, and the members Mahmut ef. Karalić, Besim Spahić, Raif Hrgić, Bedrudin Salčinović, M.Sc. Muhamed Hodžić, Ph.D. Adem Hadžić, Ejub ef. Dautović and hfz. Halil ef. Mehtic.
At its first session, the Board of Directors of the Academy made a decision on the drafting of the Rules and other normative acts of the Academy, and announced a Competition for the selection of the Dean of the Academy, and at its second session, held on November 3, 1993, appointed Acting Dean prof. Nusret Isanovića.
After the election of the governing body, the Academy was registered in the Register of Institutions at the High Court in Zenica, by Decision No. U/I-560/93.
Before the selection and admission of teachers was carried out, and the Competition for the admission of first-generation students was announced, expert teams were formed to draft Rules, regulations and the Curriculum.
In addition to the dean, the following participated in the drafting of the Academy Rules: prof. Husejn Serdarević, M.Sc. Muhamed Hodžić, M.Sc. Muhamed Arnaut, prof. Ph.D. Ahmed Gavranović and Fahrudin Vojvodić.
Fahrudin Vojvodić, a law graduate from Zenica, who in the role of the first secretary of the Academy made a significant contribution to the appropriate formal-legal and administrative foundation of the Academy, was appointed as acting secretary of the Academy.
The Board of Directors of the Academy also passed a Decision on the appointment of a commission for the preparation of the Academy's Curriculum. The members of the Commission were: Ph.D. Ibrahim Krzović, president, Hasan ef. Makic, article i Ramiza Ibrahimović, member. The following participated in the development of the Academy's Curriculum: prof. Nusret Isanović, hfz. Halil Mehtić, prof. Hasan Makić, M.Sc. Muhamed Arnaut and M.Sc. Muhamed Hodzic.
The curriculum of the Academy was adopted by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Academy at the second regular session.
The competition for the selection of teachers and associates of the Islamic Pedagogical Academy in Zenica was announced on October 16, 1993. year, by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Academy number: 12/93.
The Registrar's Commission for the selection of teachers and associates of the Academy was formed. The registrar commission consisted of: prof. Ph.D. Ibrahim Krzović, prof. Ph.D. Ahmed Gavranović, M.Sc. Muhamed Hodžić, Ph.D. sc. Muhamed Šestić and M.Sc. Muhammad Arnaut.
On December 5, 1993, the Board of Directors of the Academy, based on the proposal of the Registrar's Commission, made a decision on the selection of teachers and associates no. 30/93.
By the decision of the Management Board No. 15/93, 03.11.1993. year a commission for student enrollment was established. The composition of the Commission consisted of: hfz. Halil ef. Mehtić, president, M.Sc. Muhamed Arnaut, prof. Nusret Isanović, Ph.D. sc. Muhamed Šestić and others. Adem Hadzic, members.
The competition for the enrollment of 60 regular students in the first year of regular studies at the Academy was announced on 12 October 1993. year, and the competition for the enrollment of 50 part-time students was announced on November 3, 1993. year
The qualification exam was held on November 17 and 18, 1993, and the entrance exam was held on November 22 and 23, 1993.
63 students were admitted to full-time studies, and 49 to part-time studies.
Classes at the Academy began on December 6, 1993 with Kiraeta classes.
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the FBiH, after a direct inspection of the fulfillment of the conditions for the start of the Academy's work, issued Decision no. 03-612-5800/94, on the basis of which the Islamic Pedagogical Academy in Zenica can educate students who will acquire a professional title during the two-year teaching-scientific process teacher of Islamic religious studies.
On September 6, 2004. a contract was signed on the affiliation of the Islamic Pedagogical Academy in Zenica to the University of Zenica. The President of the Board of Directors signed the contract in front of the Academy M.Sc. Eyub ef. Dautovic and Dean of the Academy Assoc. Ph.D. Sukrija Ramić, and in front of the University in Zenica, the president of the University's Board of Directors prof. Ph.D. Kemal Subasic and Acting Rector of the University prof. Ph.D. Safet Brdarević.
