He was born on January 18, 1945 in East, Kosovo. He completed his studies in Pedagogy and Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo. He has a master's degree in sociology and a doctorate in pedagogical sciences. He is a full professor at the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo in peace.
The most significant published works: - Pedagogical reception of Marx's method, Sarajevo: Veselin Masleša, 1989; – Teaching method – Contribution to the pedagogical power of judgment, Sarajevo: Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo, 1997 and 1998; - From individual to personality - Introduction to the theory of confluent education, Zenica: Dom štampe, 2005; - Educometrics - Measurement and measuring instruments in education, Bužim: Ilum, 2020; - On human pedagogy - From man as a learning being to a learning society, Bužim: Ilum, 2023. He has published more than a hundred scientific and professional works in various magazines and anthologies.
He taught at several faculties in Bosnia and Herzegovina on undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies (Faculty of Political Sciences UNSA, Faculty of Philosophy UNSA, Art Academy UNSA, Faculty of Pedagogy UNSA, Faculty of Islamic Sciences UNSA, Faculty of Philosophy University of Tuzla, Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy University of Pupils). He was a member of the editorial boards of some scientific journals and performed the duties of editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief. He was the president of the University Commission for Curriculum Development, the President of the Commission for Determining the Matriculation of Teaching Subjects at the University of Sarajevo, the Vice President of the Publishing Council for University Publications and a member of the Senate of the University of Sarajevo.
