At the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy in Zenica, on Monday, May 15, the Election Session of the Teaching and Research Council was held, where the dean was elected for a mandate period of 4 years. Hafiz Prof. Dr. Safvet Halilović studied passages from the Qur'an, which started the session. The committee for the selection of the dean stated that Prof. Dr. Muharem Adilović, who presented his work program for the mandate period 2023/27 to those present.
Professor Adilović emphasized the goals of the work in the upcoming mandate period, and they concern the improvement of the quality of teaching, the continuation of student scholarships, and the more active promotion of the Faculty's scientific and research work. The dean also highlighted the successes of the previous term, the most important of which are the purchase of a new Faculty building, and the collection of funds for student scholarships in the amount of 40,000 convertible marks.
After the presentation of the program, the chairman of the Teaching and Research Council, Prof. dr. Sedad Dizdarević invited the members to vote. With a unanimous decision, the members of the Teaching and Research Council gave their support and trust to the new, old dean Prof. Dr. Muharem Adilović.
