Based on Article 34 of the Labor Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina", No. 26/16), the Private preschool institution and institution for the stay of school-age children "Abakus" Zenica announces

OPEN COMPETITION

for the admission of trainees based on the Agreement on professional training

without establishing an employment relationship

1. Educator - intern- a person undergoing professional training without establishing an employment relationship - multiple executors.

Basic conditions that candidates should meet:

• Graduated from the appropriate faculty and obtained title: professor of preschool education,
• Without passing the professional exam.

Job description:

The intern/volunteer will perform the professional duties of an educator under the guidance of a mentor for one year in order to train him for independent work within his profession and gain the necessary work experience needed to pass the professional exam at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.

Knowledge, skills and qualities expected from candidates:

• acquisition of theoretical knowledge in accordance with the curriculum of the graduated faculty,
• awareness of the need to acquire practical knowledge and willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues,
• orientation towards teamwork, but also readiness to perform simpler tasks independently,
• self-initiative, self-criticism and self-awareness,
• kindness and friendliness.
