In Zenica today, December 26, 2018, three female candidates successfully defended their master's thesis at the premises of the IPF in Zenica.
Mr. Ahmedina Purković, work entitled Personality of the Prophet, peace be upon him, development of social skills of young people, M.Sc. Jasmina Camić, work entitled The influence of religious education teachers in the Islamic upbringing of students under the mentorship of prof. Ph.D. Esmira Halilović and the committee consisting of: president prof. Ph.D. Šefik Kurdić, commission members prof. Ph.D. Izet Pehlić and prof. Ph.D. Nezir Halilović. Te mr. "Peculiarities of the Prophet's, peace be upon him, development of social skills of young people", M.Sc. Purković is a work that, using the method of theoretical analysis and content analysis, tried to question the previous approaches in the development of social skills of young people, representation and success of procedures. The Prophet's, peace be upon him, commitment to the development of the social skills of young people is based on the principles of the Revelation and is distinguished by its quality, diversity and, above all, the success of its results. The success of his, may God bless him and grant him peace, mentoring work is reflected in not imposing, but directing and shaping skills, as well as constant self-improvement. This work aims to contribute to improving the quality of future mentors' work with young people in the development of their social skills, and thus to a more successful and easier entry of young people into society and their involvement in its development and advancement.
The influence of religious education teachers in the Islamic upbringing of students, M.Sc. Camić's work deserves attention due to the topicality of the topic and the applied quantitative research methodology. Authentic research results indicated how religious teachers, with their knowledge and skills, personal characteristics, gave their students a positive model for identification, and an authority that is willingly followed. Then, that teachers of Islamic religious education in their practice are guided by a democratic teaching style. By which they gained the trust and respect of their students and thus made an impact on their Islamic education.
Master's thesis, "Effects of the application of collaborative learning in the teaching of Islamic religious education, M.Sc. Sakić offered the possibility of understanding the differences between traditional and modern teaching through collaborative learning. Approaches to students through traditional learning, as well as approaches to student-oriented teaching through collaborative learning, are presented and theoretically processed in the paper. By summarizing the results obtained in the research, it was shown that the application of collaborative learning in teaching gives more effective results than traditional teaching, group work is the key to student success. Recommendation to current and future teachers for the application of this modern way of teaching both in Islamic religious studies and other subjects.
All three masters are teachers of the subject of Islamic religious studies in elementary schools in the city of Tuzla, valuable members of the Tuzla religious teachers' activity.
