The delegation of the University of Zenica and the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy in Zenica signed protocols on educational cooperation on January 6 in Istanbul between the University of Zenica and the University of Istanbul, and in Ankara on January 7 between the University of Zenica and the University of Ankara.
The delegation of the University of Zenica included:

– prof. Ph.D. Halil Mehtić, Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy, University of Zenica
– prof. Ph.D. Safvet Halilović, Head of the Department of Islamic Religious Education at the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy at the University of Zenica
– prof. Ph.D. Edina Solak, Head of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zenica
– prof. Ph.D. Izet Pehlić, vice dean for scientific research and international cooperation of the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy at the University of Zenica.
By the way, the signing of the protocol is the result of a visit by a delegation from the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy of the University of Zenica, which visited the Faculty of Theology at the University of Istanbul, the Faculty of Theology at Marmara University in Istanbul, the Faculty of Theology at the University of Ankara and the Yildirim Beyazit Faculty of Theology from November 1 to 5, 2017. of Ankara University with the aim of starting an initiative on educational cooperation.
The Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy through the International Cooperation Office of the University of Zenica initiated the sending of a protocol proposal in cooperation between the University of Zenica and the following universities: Istanbul University, Marmara University in Istanbul, Ankara University and Yildirim Breyazit University in Ankara.
The universities responded with an expressed willingness to sign a cooperation protocol. Marmara University in Istanbul and Yildirim Breyazit University in Ankara proposed that the protocols be signed by correspondence - by mail, and Istanbul University and Ankara University proposed that the protocol signing take place in Istanbul and Ankara. The Rector of the University of Zenica signed protocols on cooperation between the University of Zenica and Marmara University in Istanbul and Yildirim Breyazit University in Ankara. The protocols were sent to Turkey for signing.
At the signing of the protocol on cooperation in Istanbul, the rector and vice-chancellors of the University of Istanbul and the delegation of the Theological Faculty of the University of Istanbul were the hosts, and at the signing of the protocol on cooperation in Ankara, the hosts were the rector and vice-rectors of the University of Ankara and the delegation of the Theological Faculty of the University of Ankara.
The delegation of the University of Zenica, both in Istanbul and Ankara, was received extremely well - at the highest academic level, and the meetings took place in a cordial, friendly, fraternal atmosphere.
Student exchange protocols were signed between the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy of the University of Zenica on the one hand and the Faculty of Theology at the University of Istanbul and the Faculty of Theology at the University of Ankara on the other hand, which will be implemented immediately.
We believe that this opens a completely new chapter of cooperation between the University of Zenica and the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy in Zenica with the renowned higher education institutions of our fraternal Republic of Turkey, which makes us proud and extremely happy.
