Delegation of the Turkish Embassy visiting the IPF

Today, the delegation of the Turkish Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina visited the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy of the University of Zenica. The delegation was led by Mr. Hasan Atly, adviser to the ambassador for religious affairs. The delegation was received by the dean, Prof. dr. Halil Mehtić, secretary, Hasan Mucić, and head of the Department of Islamic Religious Studies, Prof. Dr. Safvet Halilović. Mr. Hasan Atly informed the dean about the donated funds of the Diyanet (Islamic Community of Turkey) - 50,000 euros - which are operational as of today. The dean thanked and informed the delegation about the current situation regarding the construction of the building of the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy of the University of Zenica and the plans for the future. Some other forms of cooperation were also agreed upon, through which the joint work of the Faculty of Islamic Pedagogy of the University of Zenica and the Department for Religious Affairs of the Turkish Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be affirmed.
